If you need to return an item, simply email us from the Contact Us page of this website. In your email please provide your name, phone number, order number, how much and which product you are returning. The product must be in new, unused condition for it to be able to be returned. Once we receive your returned product back at our location, we will inspect and weigh the product. We will then issue a refund back to the original form of payment for the amount of product you are returning. The buyer is responsible for the cost to ship the returned product back to our facility.
