Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS . You will receive an email as soon as your order ships with the tracking number and shipment details. In order to track your shipment, simply click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to the shipper, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.  We generally do not ship our packages "signature required", so you will not need to be home for the package to be delivered. In rare cases for high value shipments, we reserve the right to ship an order requiring a signature.

Your order will ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order has been placed.  Circumstances such as federal holidays, low inventory, severe weather, etc, may cause a delay in the fulfillment time of an order.  Feel free to check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account" link on the top portion of our website.
